Don Bossi, Chairman and CEO
Don Bossi brings to Inlet Technologies over 25 years of global experience in the networking and broadband communication industries. Previously, Don served as President and CEO of Aegis Lightwave, a leading supplier of optical and broadband network monitoring solutions.
Before joining Aegis, Don spent nearly a decade with JDS Uniphase, where he held several senior executive positions, and where he served most recently as Group President of Transmission Systems and served on the executive committee, reporting directly to the CEO. Don has also served as a General Partner with Technology Venture Partners. Don holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has completed executive education courses at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

As the former Vice President of Engineering at Osprey Technologies, Scott led the research and development for all software and hardware products that achieved wide industry recognition known for world-class quality, reliability and performance. Previously, Scott worked for Sun Microsystems developing advanced video processing software. John Bishop is a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Products and Business Development at Inlet Technologies. John is recognized as a digital video industry expert and pioneer, and is responsible for Inlet’s leading media infrastructure products and solutions.
John began his career at IBM, where he served as a product engineer with IBM's Aptiva PC Division. John then served as the Director of Business Development and Product Management for Osprey Technologies. In 2003, John co-founded Inlet Technologies, where he currently leads product management, product marketing, systems architecture, business development and strategy. He has been the vision and leadership behind Inlet’s leading products and has positioned Inlet to have numerous market firsts, including being the first encoding technology provider to support Silverlight Smooth streaming, as well as the first to support iPhone and iPad streaming. As a leader in developing products that support adaptive bitrate (ABR) technologies, John is often called upon to speak about ABR and how it offers an enhanced viewer experience and increased monetization opportunities. He holds B.S. degrees in Chemical and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

As Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, Mike Barros is responsible for expanding Inlet’s reach into global markets by building on successes already achieved in the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific, and for growing Inlet’s market presence in the media and entertainment, public, education and broader commercial sectors.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mike has a proven record of success in managing, marketing and selling business software and service solutions. He most recently served as vice president of sales at Artesia Digital Media Group, an Open Text company, where he helped the company achieve 40+% annual growth through relationships with customers such as Twentieth Century Fox, Grupo Televisa, Comcast, Discovery Communications, HBO, WGBH, Random House, BBDO Worldwide, General Motors, Whirlpool, the US Department of Defense, and the Smithsonian Institution. Prior to that, he led worldwide business development efforts for the same company, and established partnerships with Microsoft, Sun, HP, EMC, SAP, Accenture, Infosys, Northrop Grumman and SAIC, among others. Mike completed his undergraduate degree at Carnegie Mellon University and subsequently earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He began his career running his own consulting group, before spending 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was recognized as a thought leader in strategy formulation, and led a number of worldwide corporate strategy engagements in multiple industries.

His experience spans information technology, clinical research, and manufacturing disciplines He has extensive knowledge of managing multi-entity accounting systems, operations, financial analysis, capital improvement planning, investor relations and human resources.

Randy Budzinski, Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations
Randy brings more than 15 years of manufacturing, procurement and operations experience to Inlet Technologies ranging from start-up to large company.
Most recently he led the operations team at North Carolina-based telecommunications start-up Hatteras Networks. There Randy was responsible for setting up the internal manufacturing processes, developing and managing the supply chain, and the new product introduction of the Hatteras products. Prior to Hatteras, at Osprey Technologies he was responsible for product cost reductions and the launch to volume manufacturing several new products. Previously, Randy held management positions with General Electric and NetEdge Systems. He is widely recognized and respected throughout the electronics industry. Randy holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from Syracuse University.
